The new Tridak^® model 1050, an improved version of the model 1000, is designed to fill individual syringes quickly and accurately from a material reservoir. The system, which requires manual loading and unloading, can be used for low-volume production and is an alternative to filling syringes manually.

The disposable fluid path can be fitted with a series of adapters to fill Luer-lock and oral tip syringe types. The model 1050 is recommended for use with fluids having a viscosity up to 60,000 cP, and can be paired with a number of different material reservoirs to accommodate various material package sizes.
