In collaboration with six medical and technology companies, Henkel has developed a smart health patch that allows continuous, remote, and wireless monitoring of patients’ heartbeat and respiration.
During the past month alone, about 22 million people in the U.S. have filed for unemployment. It’s an absolutely staggering number. Sectors such as industrial manufacturing and construction (particularly large-scale commercial projects) have been particularly hard hit.
UV light under the conditions known to kill viruses is also known to cause severe skin burns, skin cancer, and eye damage.

Though recent reports suggest that ultraviolet (UV) light can be used on the human body to disinfect against the coronavirus, the International Ultraviolet Association (IUVA) and RadTech North America recently jointly announced that there are no protocols to advise or to permit the safe use of UV light directly on the human body at the wavelengths and exposures proven to efficiently kill viruses such as SARS-CoV-2.
Concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19, combined with high unemployment and other factors, are reducing remodeling activity.
