NORTHBROOK, Ill. – The Pressure Sensitive Tape Council (PSTC) announces two educational training programs during the first week of May 2001, in Orlando, Fla. Tape 102, Fundamentals of Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tapes, begins Tuesday, May 1, and ends Wednesday, May 2, at noon. The 12 hours of classroom learning will cover 12 topics presented in an open-forum discussion for high-quality, interactive learning. This course is designed to provide an overview of the technologies of the pressure sensitive adhesive tape industry.

PSTC’s 4th Global Conference, TECH XXIV — Sharing Global Pressur Sensitive Tape Innovations, begins on Wednesday, May 2, at 1:00 p.m. and will cover 24 papers on key topics influencing the global tape industry. PSTC’s traditional three-day event will include presentations on leading technical advances from Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, India, the Netherlands, Japan and the United States. The Exhibit Showcase will be featured mid-day on Thursday, May 3. PSTC is offering a special poster session during the opening reception on Wednesday evening to provide another time for all seminar attendees to exchange ideas.
