OQ Chemicals Announces Global Price Increases for Carboxylic Acids and Specialty Esters

Due to supply and demand issues, OQ Chemicals will increase prices for the following products effective Apr. 1, 2024, or as contracts allow.

In North America 2-Ethylhexanoic Acid, OXSOFT 3G8, and OXFILM 351 will all increase by $0.08/lb. The price of these three chemicals in Europe will increase by €160/mt, and in the rest of the world by $175/mt.

The price of Isononanoic Acid will increase $0.05/lb in North America, by €100/mt in Europe, and by $110/mt in the rest of the world.
