Avery Dennison: Pallet-Labeling Systems

This company offers a new family of pallet-labeling systems that offers superior bar-code reliability, more versatility in label placement and full PC interface with host mainframe computers. Included is a print/apply pallet labeler, strap labeler and stack labeler. Each system features an integrated scanner on the application arm to verify bar-code readability immediately after placement. The systems employ a thermal-transfer print module that maintains a resolution of 300 dpi. The module produces sharply defined, human-readable characters and graphics, and bar codes with high scan rates.
