Seegott has acquired two companies that will contribute greatly to its presence in the Southwest growth market.
Seegott Inc., Streetsboro, Ohio, an established network of regional, specialty raw-material distributors, has acquired two companies that will contribute greatly to its presence in the Southwest growth market. Cron Chemical, established in 1983, and Magnolia Chemical & Solvents, founded in 1961, were both subsidiaries of Amalgamated Metals Corp. of England. Combined revenues of Cron and Magnolia are approximately $40 million. Together, they have about 50 employees.
