MALVERN INSTRUMENTS: High-Pressure/High-Temperature Cell

Malvern Instruments has introduced the new HPC 300 High Pressure/High Temperature Cell, which can be mounted directly onto its Bohlin CVO, C-VOR and Gemini rheometers. The cell is designed to enable rheological measurements under conditions that simulate fluid processing, and extends the testing range to high- pressure and high-temperature applications. Such measurements cannot be made in open systems on conventional rheometers, but these conditions are often present in the processing environment. The HPC 300 has applications in a wide range of industries, including oil, petrochemicals, polymers, coatings, foods and personal care products.
