Neville Chemical has signed the final papers making Nevein Polymers a 100%-owned subsidiary of Neville.
Neville Chemical Co., Pittsburgh, Pa., has signed the final papers making Nevein Polymers B.V., Uithoorn, Netherlands, a 100%-owned subsidiary of Neville. For 39 years, Nevcin Polymers has been a 50-50 joint venture with Neville and Cindu International, through one of Cindu’s affiliated companies.
