H.B. FULLER OPENS ASIA PACIFIC TECHNOLOGY CENTER IN SHANGHAI

H.B. Fuller Co. has announced the opening of a regional technical center in Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, China, with a view to promote in-market research, development and applications testing.

The new lab, part of the St. Paul, MN-based company's five-year strategic plan, will house research and development, applications testing, sales and regional leadership.

The technical center is expected to help H.B. Fuller to focus on next-generation adhesive applications; promote product development and localization of initiatives in a variety of key market segments, ranging from insulating glass, packaging and nonwovens to footwear and textiles, lean flooring, and reverse-osmosis filtration.
