Zachert Named Chairman of LANXESS Board

LANXESS AG recently announced that Matthias Zachert, currently chief financial officer (CFO) of Merck KGaA in Darmstadt, Germany, will take over as chairman of the Board of Management on April 1. He will take over for CFO Bernhard Duettmann, who is currently serving as chairman of the Board of Management.
