RM LUCAS: Roofing Sealant

Lucas #5400 is a high-performance, thermoplastic elastomer-based roofing sealant. The multi-purpose sealant reportedly offers excellent adhesion to most surfaces, including asphalt, shingles, modified bitumen, metal, Kynar^®, wood, concrete, tile, and masonry. The sealant is available in three grades: brush, trowel and caulk.
