ITW DYNATEC: Adhesive Melter

The new DM55 bulk adhesive melter, also known as the DynaDrum™, is now available with the Dynacontrol V6 control system, reportedly displaying continuous platen position monitoring leading to increased adhesive usage. 

The DynaDrum melter can provide uninterrupted flow of hot melt adhesive for high-volume production demands. Daily operations are reportedly simplified with the melter’s standard features, which include field-interchangeable platen faces, touch screen PLC, self-diagnostics, multiple temperature control sensors, and low/empty drum indicators.
