Grace Matthews Inc. and CASS Polymers, a Shoreview Industries portfolio company, recently announced that Bacon Adhesives has been acquired by Royal Adhesives & Sealants. Bacon previously operated as a division of CASS Polymers. Grace Matthews advised CASS Polymers and Shoreview Industries on this transaction.
