Grace Matthews Inc. and CASS Polymers, a Shoreview Industries portfolio company, recently announced that Bacon Adhesives has been acquired by Royal Adhesives & Sealants. Bacon previously operated as a division of CASS Polymers. Grace Matthews advised CASS Polymers and Shoreview Industries on this transaction.

“Royal's position in the aerospace & defense markets provides opportunity to enhance the long-term growth potential of Bacon,” said Doug Frans, chairman of CASS Polymers. “The transaction represents a positive step for Bacon's customers and employees, and is a good outcome for the CASS Polymers shareholders.
