EPOXYSET: Flame-Resistant Potting Compound

EpoxySet recently announced that it supplies EC-1012M/EH-20 flame-resistant potting compound for protecting power supplies, high-voltage batteries, coil windings, transformers, PC boards, and other electronic devices. This thermally conductive compound reportedly offers high dielectric properties with a volume resistivity of 1,015 ohm-cm.

EC-1012M/EH-20 is a low cure shrinkage, low-viscosity system with a 4-5 hour work time that can be room temperature cured. It will withstand continuous operation at 160°C. According to the company, the product features low moisture absorption and provides chemical, flame, and UV resistance, as well as physical impact resistance.
