American Sealants Inc., a Meridian Adhesives Group company and a manufacturer of high-performance adhesives and sealants, broke ground on a new 30,000-square-foot building that will expand its operations and continue to create new jobs in the community. This new plant, located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is scheduled to be completed in early 2024.  

Andrew Zaremba, president of American Sealants Inc., commented, “I am thrilled to begin work on the new warehouse for ASI. This milestone not only marks the expansion of our company’s physical footprint but also symbolizes our commitment to continuous improvement as we serve our customers.”

American Sealants partnered with its current lessor, Chris Zaremba, to make the expansion possible. Nuway Construction, a design-build general contractor located in Goshen, Indiana, was chosen for the project.
