Due to supply and demand, as well as increased raw material costs, OQ Chemicals will increase the prices for the following products produced by OQ Chemicals in Europe. The price change will be effective Nov. 1, 2023, or as contracts allow.

In Europe, 2-Ethylhexanol and 2-Ethylhexanol acid will increase €95/mt. n-Butanol, Isobutanol, n-Butyraldehyde, and iso-Butyraldehyde will increase €75/mt. n-Butyl acetate will increase €90/mt.

In North America and Mexico, 2-Ethylhexanol and 2-Ethylhexanol acid will increase $0.045/lb.

In the rest of the world, 2-Ethylhexanol and 2-Ethylhexanol acid will increase $100/mt. n-Butanol, Isobutanol, n-Butyraldehyde, and iso-Butyraldehyde will increase $80/mt. n-Butyl acetate will increase $95/mt.
