Bodo Möller Chemie and Henkel have a long and successful history of cooperation. With the new subsidiary, Bodo Möller Chemie Baltics OÜ in Tartu, Estonia, and the acquisition of the distribution rights for the LOCTITE®, TEROSON® and Technomelt® brands, Bodo Möller Chemie enters the automotive sector and will distribute Henkel adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings for repair and maintenance of vehicles. Henkel’s technical sales team is now also available for local consultations in the Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

“The cooperation with Henkel in Eastern Europe has been developing very rapidly since 2018. After taking over the distribution of LOCTITE and TEROSON products in the Baltic countries, Henkel becomes our main supplier in the region. We are extremely pleased with this fact, which provides us with new business growth prospects,” said Maciej Nawrot, sales director Formulated Systems Eastern Europe, Bodo Möller Chemie, Poland.

“For us at Henkel it is all, and always has been, about the customer. Reaching our customers more efficiently, being there as a reliable partner globally, wherever the customers happen to be. Further strengthening our cooperation with Bodo Möller Chemie, we are coming closer to our customers and their needs in the Baltic markets, bringing our know-how and expertise directly into this partnership. Our top adhesive brands LOCTITE, TEROSON and Technomelt not only fit into the portfolio of Bodo Möller Chemie, but in fact complement it. This is especially important to us for our global LOCTITE Brand. Global coverage is a promise we make to the industrial designers, engineers, and mechanics for LOCTITE. Partnering with Bodo Möller Chemie in Baltic Countries, we not only guarantee to continue that market coverage in the three countries, but strengthen it further,” said Jörg von Ameln, VP of Adhesive Technologies, Henkel.

The newly established Bodo Möller Chemie Baltics subsidiary will be the second largest branch in Eastern Europe. It will provide customers with access to all of Henkel’s services and offered products.

Uhtred Eorwine, Henkel‘s Adhesive Technologies business manager, Eastern European Cluster North, explained, “It is a well-known fact that with any one of our brands or products, the customers purchase more than just a bottle of adhesive. We take pride at bringing complete solutions to our customers, from that first recommendation, to customized solutions and comprehensive technical support throughout the application lifetime. To maintain that level of support in all the markets and to all our customers, it is paramount that we partner with the companies that adopt the same business philosophy and will go that extra mile. With Bodo Möller Chemie, we find the partner we truly need, and our customers deserve.”
