H.B. Fuller recently announced that the company has appointed Gregory Ogunsanya as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Ogunsanya joins H.B. Fuller with over 20 years of business experience, including more than a decade at Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. He replaces Timothy Keenan, who is retiring after two decades of dedicated service to the company.

Ogunsanya holds a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and an economics degree from Fordham University.
