The council is offering two short courses co-located with the 2024 Convention & EXPO. These courses will be held at the Omni Louisville Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. Registration for courses will be open until March 29, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. EST.
Short Courses
Monday, April 15, 2024 to Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
The 1.5-day short course will cover the chemistry and technology behind one-part and two-part polyurethane formulations. Topics covered will include markets, raw materials, reactions, formulating, fundamentals of adhesion, polymer science, and physical testing. Experts from the field will teach the course, which will include discussion and networking opportunities. The course will provide information about how to design, select, apply and troubleshoot polyurethane formulations. The short course is designed to provide industry professionals with a better understanding of the technology, chemistry and fundamentals of polyurethane adhesive and sealant formulations. Attendees should have a knowledge of chemistry.
