Dispensing technologies provider Albion Engineering announced the expansion of its staff and the implementation of new systems. The expansion marks a significant step forward in the company’s commitment to excellent customer service.

Under the direction of President Dean Hammel, the strategic expansion includes the addition of key personnel to several departments to enhance customer service and optimize operations to manage growth. These new hires bring with them a wealth of experience and new perspectives, strengthening Albion's position in the market.

New Hires

The company has hired Patrick White to be the director of operations (DOO). As the new DOO, White is spearheading Albion's operational strategies, streamlining processes, and driving efficiency across the organization to meet the growing demands of the market. 

Preston Cox has joined the company as regional sales manager, South Region. With a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the industry, Cox is leading Albion's sales initiatives in the South Region, supporting Albion Engineering’s network of independent sales representatives and the distributors stocking its products.

Pratik Agarwal is Albion Engineering’s new regional sales manager, North Region. Agarwal 's appointment as a regional sales manager completes the company’s distributor and sales representative support network across the United States and Canada His experience with distribution networks will ensure that Albion Engineering’s products are available everywhere that sealants and adhesives are sold.

Nicolle Torres has joined Albion Engineering’s Customer Service team. Torres’ problem-solving skills and passion for customer satisfaction makes her a strong addition to Albion Engineering’s dedicated customer service team, delivering support to distributors.

Jeff Serabo is the new design engineer at Albion Engineering. Serabo will play a pivotal role in developing innovative dispensing solutions, improving the company’s current products and developing new designs.

Omar Khan is the company’s new ERP systems Administrator. Khan brings extensive experience in enterprise resource planning systems, and implementing business intelligence strategies that align with organizational objectives. 

In addition to these team members, Albion Engineering reported that the company has undergone a strategic restructuring to align its resources more effectively, enhance collaboration, and better serve the evolving needs of its customers. According to Albion, the restructuring reinforces the company’s dedication to recognizing and nurturing talent within the organization, fostering professional growth, and ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the dispensing solutions industry.

Promotions

Albion Engineering has promoted Joe Shiffler to operations manager. With his new responsibilities overseeing procurement, production, and warehouse activities, Shiffler will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of these essential functions within the company. His experience and expertise will be instrumental in supporting sales. 

Bill Michin has been promoted to the role of warehouse supervisor, where he will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.

Karl Allan has been appointed to the role of planning and purchasing, where he will optimize the company’s supply chain management, procurement processes, and inventory planning to meet the demands of Albion's growth.

John Shields will assume the responsibility of overseeing Quality Control, ensuring that Albion's products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence will continue to uphold Albion's reputation for superior craftsmanship.
