Resin Solutions LLC announced a price increase for its Poly bd^® products effective August 15, 2024. The company is implementing a $0.25/lb or 0.50 €/Kg price increase across all products and regions for its hydroxy terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) product line sold under the Poly bd tradename. The increase is effective for all deliveries on and after August 15, 2024. 

According to Resin Solutions, the increase is due to the ongoing raw material cost escalation, particularly butadiene, which has doubled since the beginning of the year. The company reports that it continually works to minimize raw material and other cost increase impacts. However, at this time Resin Solutions is no longer able to absorb the raw material cost escalations.
