The Alliance for Chemical Distribution (ACD) has introduced ASK Distribution Consulting, a third-party LLC, wholly owned by ACD, that provides auditing, safety, and knowledge services. Building on ACD’s 53-year history of being the center for education and safety resources for members and affiliates, ASK Distribution Consulting will provide its services to any company active in the movement of complex chemicals, ranging from the top of the supply chain to companies making finished products or specialty ingredients.

ASK Distribution Consulting will provide a combination of environmental, health, safety, and security (EHS&S) expertise, management systems, auditing capabilities, and training to improve all aspects of businesses involved in the handling and movement of chemicals. As a separate entity from ACD, the LLC is led by Executive Director Joe Donadoni, who also serves as ACD’s senior vice president of development, and will have its own board of managers that will oversee operations that includes:

  • Lucinda Schofer, ACD COO, Chair
