DUBLIN, Ohio — Ashland Inc. has completed the purchase of Neste Polyester’s business and assets from Dynea Oy, formerly Norkemi Oy. Terms of the purchase agreement were not disclosed. The newly acquired business will operate within the Composite Polymers Division of Ashland Specialty Chemical Co., a division of Ashland Inc.
Neste Polyester manufactures and markets high-quality unsaturated polyester resins and gel coats for the marine, building and construction, and transportation industries worldwide.
