Dow Chemical announced that George Hamilton has been named president of Dow Automotive. Hamilton previously served as Dow Automotive's vice president of Automotive Materials, and was named COO in March of this year. His involvement in the industry began more than 25 years ago when he joined the Dow Chemical Co. as a seller of plastic materials to the automotive market. He subsequently held a variety of positions in sales, marketing, application development and business operations at the company before rejoining Dow Automotive in 2000.
