Northwest Coatings: UV Pressure Sensitive Adhesive
This company’s 15900 is a UV-curable pressure sensitive adhesive designed to create a temporary or permanent bond to a variety of substrates, including HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PET, paper, metals and glass. The adhesive is pressure-sensitive immediately following UV curing, eventually producing a tack-free bond upon aging. It is ideal for use in laminating opaque substrates. It can also be used as a wet laminating adhesive when applied, nipped and cured beneath a UV-transparent packaging film. Resulting structures are highly flexible and suitable for heat-shrinkable packaging constructions.
