This company has developed its first digital, desktop, label-printing workstation that turns raw label material into full-color, die-cut labels on the spot. The Monarch Digital Label Workstation takes raw, continuous rolls of label material and runs them through a desktop label die-cutter that cuts the label shape and pulls the background matrix. The labels then continue through a full-color thermal printer that can add a corporate logo, bar codes, sequential numbers or any other label data. In fact, each label can be printed with different information. The Workstation then re-rolls the new labels for easy application.
