Brookfield Engineering has added to its DV-11+Viscometer a bi-directional communication between a dedicated computer and the instrument. Utilizing the company's Rheocalc software, the DV-11+Pro can be computer controlled. As with the original, the Pro model offers simplicity of operation for single point viscosity measurement, or can be configured to run automated tests for multiple-point data collection without the involvement of the operator of the computer. With the Rheocalc software, advanced data collection and analysis methods are possible with all instrument functions being controlled through the computer.
