This company’s 121-06 is a single-component, silver-filled, electrically conductive adhesive suitable for application by syringe dispensing. The product is designed for assembling PTC pills as well as electrical and electronic components. The resulting bond exhibits excellent thermal-cycling resistance, and electrical and thermal conductivity. It provides a thermal conductivity of 3.9 BTU/ft2hrºF/ft and volume resistivity of 0.0005 ohm-cm. It can be cured at temperatures ranging from 100ºC to 175ºC.
