STURTEVANT, Wis. — Long-time adhesives industry manager John Rizzo, Johnson Polymer, passed away on January 21, 2000. Rizzo belonged to many adhesives industry associations, and attended many industry functions and activities during the last years of his career when he managed Johnson Polymer’s PSA business.

Rizzo was instrumental in transforming the company’s acrylic emulsion PSA product line into a viable adhesives business. The business has seen double-digit growth during the past few years due to the groundwork laid by Rizzo. He will be greatly missed by Johnson Polymer and the industry.
