Mereco Metrethane™ 4716 is a new, two-component, low-viscosity polyurethane gel that has been specifically designed for cable sealing, potting cable connectors and telecommunications repairs where excellent resistance to salt water and fuel oils is needed. When cured, it becomes a soft, self-healing gel, designed for use where embedded circuitry must be checked visually and with test probes. Metrethane 4716 also provides a strain-free, shock-absorbing cushion for delicate parts over a wide temperature range.
