The conference is aimed at technical professionals and managers, marketing professionals, and general and senior management. The overall theme will be “Building Profitability Through Technology.”
The Conference will consist of two tracks – the Technical Track and the Business Track. Each will be split into one paper session and one workshop. Presentation length should be 30 minutes including Q&A for papers, whereas workshop contributions can be longer.
Papers are welcome on the following subjects, or any other topics of interest to the industry: novel raw materials; machinery and application equipment; analytical procedures and equipment; packaging and distribution systems; environmental and regulatory affairs; business organization and systems; new market applications; market trends and future needs; and education, training and personnel development for employees.
Abstracts must be received by FEICA by February 28, 2001. Authors whose papers have been accepted will be notified by March 31, 2001, and will be asked to submit full papers by May 31, 2001.
