TRA-DUCT 2958 is a two-part epoxy adhesive formulated specifically for electronic bonding and sealing applications that require superior electrical and mechanical properties. Its long pot life and short cure schedule make it ideal for screen-printing or machine dispensing. The product will cure in 15 minutes at 100°C, five minutes at 125°C or two minutes at 150°C. It develops durable, void-free, electrically and thermally conducting bonds to a variety of substrates, including ceramic, metal, glass and plastic laminates.
