PERMABOND® 4E90 two-component epoxy adhesive is precisely measured, mixed and easily applied for manufacturing catheters and other plastic medical devices. The adhesive cures at room temperature but has a conveniently long pot life. It is supplied in easy-to-use, 2.5-gram bi-packs. By simply moving the fly between the packaged components back and forth, manufacturers are assured that the two components are measured and combined in exact proportion. Application is made even simpler with a low viscosity, which also allows for good flow around components.
