Tenneco Packaging has completed its spin-off from Tenneco and is now Pactiv.

Tenneco Packaging, Lake Forest, Ill., has completed its spin-off from Tenneco Inc. and is now Pactiv Corp., a leading provider of advanced packaging solutions for the industrial, consumer and institutional markets. Richard L. Wambold is president and chief executive officer of Pactiv Corp. Pactiv common stock began regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange on November 5, 1999, under the trading symbol PTV.
