A new line of opto-mechanical adhesives has been designed to prevent movement of critical components during curing and subsequent thermal cycling. Formulated to cure in seconds upon exposure to either UV or visible blue light, they exhibit excellent depth and speed of cure. In addition to their excellent low-shrinkage characteristic and exceptional cure speed, these adhesives offer superior moisture resistance and very low out-gassing, allowing their use for many critical and demanding applications.
