This company has expanded its PluraMix™ two-component dispensing system to include two AC-driven configurations. The PluraMix line now consists of single- or dual-motor AC systems. The PluraMix 100 system incorporates one AC motor to drive two gear metering pumps, where the mix ratio is set by a preselected gear ratio. For applications requiring mix-ratio adjustability, the PluraMix 200 system incorporates two motors, one for each material component, coupled electronically to allow changes for both high- and low-volume applications.
