Verabar® is a new sensor that measures the flow of fluids in pipes, ducting, or any conductors and passageways. This velocity-averaging insert sensor measures gas, liquid and steam flow. The unit incorporates a new design — a bullet-shaped sensor with leading-edge surface conditioning to lower drag and extend range. Accuracy and reliability are improved by eliminating the clogging of low-pressure ports. Flow-induced vibration that could cause structural failure is reduced, and signal stability is improved.
