Ultra Additives LLC, Bloomfield, NJ, has appointed Andres Ginez to the position of Latin America sales manager. Ginez will be responsible for the sales of the company's specialty additives to the worldwide industrial fluid market, and will be accountable for the paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and building products. Ginez joined Ultra Additives from Degussa, where he served as sales/marketing manager, Latin America, for their Colorants and Biocides business. In addition, Ginez has worked in various technical and engineering positions in the paint industry with companies such as M.A. Bruder and Pinturas Condor. Ginez holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the Universidad Central de Ecuador. He and his family currently reside in Dayton, NJ.
