A powerful, fully automated meter-mix dispense system for highly abrasive and viscous materials (>1 million CPS) has been introduced by DTIC Dispensing Technologies of S. Lancaster, MA. The EZ-Mix®VR Variable Ratio Meter-Mix Dispense System features four piston pumps that can each achieve pressures greater than 2000 psi and provide a continuous, seamless flow of material from reservoirs of any size. Capable of dispensing highly abrasive and viscous materials, each pump can be equipped with a stainless steel piston, hard-coated steel cylinder walls and Teflon® seals and ceramic valves.
