A clear, hot melt adhesive formulated for cold-drink containers has been introduced. This 100%-solids adhesive was designed for wraparound labeling of polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene terephthalate bottles with paper labels. Known as NATIONAL 34-4944, this specialty adhesive serves well for pick-up and overlap applications. It meets composition requirements of Indirect Food Additives Regulation 21 CFR 175.105 "Adhesives." Circle No. 119
