Creative Materials: Electrically Conductive Epoxy Adhesive
This company’s 120-32 is a syringe-dispensable, B-stageable, electrically conductive, one-part epoxy adhesive. The curing schedule can be as low as one to two minutes at 200ºC, or two to three minutes at 185ºC. The system features excellent thermal stability and high-temperature properties. Applications include assembling electrical and electronic components, bonding capacitors to lead frames, and bonding surface-mount devices to rigid PC boards.
