The Continuous Viscosity Measurement System is a reliable analytical tool for determining the exact reaction end point during the manufacture of synthetic resins, particularly alkyds and polyesters. The system is designed to provide the operator with a continuous, online viscosity measurement of the reactor contents. In doing so, the operator will benefit by saving on utility costs by ending the reaction at the proper time, reducing batch time, and producing a higher quality, more consistent product.
