Henkel Corp. has introduced the Loctite Dispense Needle Kit, a prepackaged selection of 115 dispense tips in a variety of styles, lengths and gauge sizes for all syringe and automated valve-type adhesive dispensing. All dispense tips in the Loctite Dispense Needle Kit feature threaded hubs for improved locking. The kit includes: 18, 20, 21, 22 and 25 gauge-size 0.5-inch stainless steel and taper tips; 15, 18, 20 and 25 gauge size 1.5-inch flexible polypropylene tips with colored hubs and white stems; 18, 20, and 25 gauge sizes for both 45-degree and 90-degree angled needle tips; and 15, 18, 20 and 25 gauge sizes for both 1.0-inch and 1.5-inch stainless steel tips. In addition, the kit includes 10 syringe tip caps and five Luer-lok adapters. An identification sheet is included to assist with replacement needle orders.
