Anderson & Associates: Literature on Methyl Phenyl Silicones
Anderson & Associates LLC has announced new literature for Andisil methyl phenyl silicones. These polysiloxanes can be used to improve the useful working temperature range of silicone rubber sealants, adhesives, coatings, electric and electronic encapsulation materials, mold-making composites and greases. The rate of high-temperature decomposition is reduced, and the low-temperature flexibility is increased if some of the methyl groups in poly (dimethylsiloxane) are replaced by a specific quantity of phenyl groups. The Andisil silicones include polysiloxanes with a variety of methyl to phenyl ratios, including products having reactive vinyl end groups.
