ROCKY HILL, Conn. -- The Loctite Corp. in the United States has changed its legal name to Henkel Loctite Corp. In the near future, Loctite companies around the world will also follow suit. The Henkel Group, headquartered in Dusseldorf, Germany, acquired Loctite in 1997. Loctite, as a brand name, will remain the same.
