Lord Corp. announced a corporate reorganization involving the elimination of its division-based organization and merging of business units under common leadership. This change is effective immediately. In announcing the change, Richard L. As a part of the restructuring, D. L. Lewis is appointed senior vice president, Global Business Management; R. J. Ambrose is appointed vice president, Research & Technology; W. C.
