Charles Ross & Son Co. recently completed a new triple shaft Model VMC-2 called VersaMix. This unique mixer is designed to provide maximum process flexibility to the user. The VersaMix was constructed using all type 304 stainless steel wetted parts polished to a 150-grit finish, to enable easy cleaning. The unit includes several unique feature, such as: self-contained high shear rotor stator mixer; high speed disperser; 50 psi jacketed vessel to heat or cool; full vacuum and pressure operation to 150 psi; and more. Models are available from one-gallon capacity to production sizes exceeding 3,000 gallons. Change can and fixed tank designs are offered. Multiple mix cans are available.
