Adhesives Research Inc. has announced the promotion of Bonnie Hawkins-Richter to national sales manager for the Splicing Business Unit, effective December 1, 2003. In this position, Hawkins-Richter will be responsible for overseeing sales activities in the Northeastern, Southeastern, Southern, Mid-Western and Upper Mid-Western territories, as well as continuing her role as corporate accounts manager for pulp and paper and non-repulpable accounts. She was most recently the corporate accounts manager for the Splicing Business Unit. Hawkins-Richter has been with the company since 1990 and holds a Bachelor's degree in management from Indiana State University. Prior to joining the company, Hawkins-Richter worked in sales and management for several major retail companies.
