Dead Sea Bromine Group of ICL Industrial Products has announced price increases in list and off-list prices for all grades of hydrobromic acid and sodium bromide. Worldwide prices for hydrobromic acid will be increased by $90 per ton (on 48 percent basis), and prices for sodium bromide will be increased by $110 per ton. Increasing raw material, energy, labor and transportation costs are the main reasons behind this price increase, the company said. The price increases will take effect immediately and are subject to existing contracts.
